How to tackle the path
We will be backed up by a support car in which we will be able to load tents and extra personal belongings We will send an email with details of how to pack backpacks once you have registered.
During the walks we will use small backpacks to carry the food we will need during the day, and this will be prepared by the hosting communities.

Physical Preparation
We will traverse hiking trails (difficulty level E) and short stretches on roads with mixed traffic. Given the length of the routes, adequate physical preparation is required to maintain a pace of 3 km per hour.
Economic Sustainability
This event is supported through a cost + donation model
The fixed contribution for each participant is:
- € 130 First Leg (from October 9 to 13)
- 266 € Second Leg (from October 13 to 20)
- € 396 Full Route (from october 9 to 20)
The fixed contribution only covers the direct costs: accommodation at communities and ecovillages, meals, service vehicle transporting backpacks and tents, insurance, and organizational expenses. Public transport tickets and membership fees for Ecovillaggi Casa Yana and Meraki, or alternatively, for the RIVE membership (necessary for staying at Casa Yana and Meraki—only for those participating in the full route or the first leg) are not included in the contribution.
We ask you to pay 50% of the contribution upon registration (you will receive instructions once you have completed the form).
At the end of your journey, you will acknowledge the value of the experience and accompaniment in the Heart Economy.
Bring a Friend: For each person who registers for the journey with you, you are entitled to a €30 discount (€15 for each individual leg). The discount is cumulative, so if you bring two friends, the discount doubles!
Friend of Consapevoli Assieme: If you have previously participated in other Consapevoli Assieme events, you are entitled to a €30 discount (€15 for each individual leg)
Comunity Discount: If you have received a discount code from one of the communities we will visit or from a media partner, you are entitled to a €30 discount (€15 for each individual leg). The same amount will be donated to the community.
You and our partners can choose to allocate all or part of the discount to the Savings Fund, which will help support walkers in need and/or fund community projects.
